What is FUSHENG Refrigeration Oil?

FUSHENG
1. Corporate Background  
Founded in 1953, Fusheng Group started out by dismantling and repairing air compressors in Europe, America and Japan, and has gradually developed into a multinational enterprise covering a wide range of products such as compressors, new energy equipment and refrigeration systems. Its refrigeration oil is specially designed for Fusheng refrigeration compressors and adapted to the world's mainstream compressor brands (e.g. Hanzhong, BITZER, Carrier, etc.).

2. Technical Strength
Fusheng has automated production lines and a globalised R&D system. Its products are energy-saving, environmentally friendly and highly efficient, and have passed ISO certification and a number of international standards (e.g. the US 29CFR 1910.1200 safety specification).

3. Market Layout 
Fusheng refrigeration oil is manufactured in Taiwan, China, and covers the global market through agents (e.g. Guangzhou Zhongleng, Coldcat Refrigeration Mall, etc.), with a warehousing network spreading over Guangzhou, Tianjin, Beijing, etc., which supports fast delivery.

Working Principle of FUSHENG Refrigeration Oil
1.Lubrication
Refrigeration oil forms an oil film inside the compressor to reduce friction and wear between moving parts (such as bearings, pistons, rotors) and prolong the life of the equipment.

2. Sealing function
By filling the internal gap of the compressor (e.g. between piston and cylinder), it prevents refrigerant leakage and maintains system pressure efficiency.

3. Cooling effect
Circulating flow of refrigeration oil to take away the heat generated by friction, to control the compressor temperature (generally the oil temperature needs to be maintained at 45 ~ 60 ℃, the maximum does not exceed 70 ℃), to avoid overheating damage.

4. Energy regulation
In the compressor equipped with energy regulation mechanism, the oil pressure of the refrigeration oil can be used as a power source to dynamically adjust the refrigeration output of the compressor.

Characteristics 
1. Efficient lubrication and sealing performance
Lubrication optimisation: The use of synthetic alkylbenzene or mineral oil-based formulations can form a stable oil film on bearings, rotors and other components, reducing the coefficient of friction (e.g., the viscosity of FS100M reaches 95~97 cSt at 40°C) and extending equipment life.
Seal reinforcement: High viscosity models (such as FS220R, FS300R) can effectively fill the compressor's internal gaps, reduce refrigerant leakage, and improve system energy efficiency.

2. Wide compatibility and stability
Refrigerant compatibility: Covering R22, R134a, R410A and other mainstream refrigerants. For example, FS120R is designed for HFC refrigerants (R134a/R404A), while FS100M is compatible with R22 and R407C.
Chemical inertness: Excellent anti-oxidation and anti-hydrolysis performance, avoiding reaction with refrigerants to generate acidic substances, reducing the risk of system corrosion.

3. Extreme working condition adaptability
Low temperature fluidity: Some models (such as FS300R) have pour point as low as -55℃ and flocculation point up to -55℃, which is suitable for ultra-low temperature system (working conditions below -30℃).
High-temperature safety: Flash point is generally higher than 220℃, such as FS150R flash point reaches 430℉ (221℃), which ensures that there is no risk of combustion under high-temperature exhaust environment.

4. Environmental protection and energy-saving design
Energy saving and efficiency: Low viscosity oil (e.g. FS100M) reduces compressor running resistance and improves refrigeration efficiency; high viscosity oil (e.g. FS220R) reduces refrigerant loss through sealing optimisation.
Environmental protection certification: Conforming to international environmental protection standards, adapts to a new generation of low GWP refrigerants (e.g. R513A), helping to upgrade the green refrigeration system.
